How much is the service fee?

$2 for all order methods except for multiple orders, standing orders and pick ups which are free.

Arrange a Standing Order (any frequency) and have your service fee waived! There is no minimum and you can change your order at any time. Going on holidays or just want to skip an order? No problem, just let us know - your service fee remains waived when your standing order resumes.

How can I be sure that Chickylicious chicken has no added hormones?

In Australia, all chicken is hormone & steroid free. That may surprise you, but it has been true for 40 years! There are many people who have the understanding that growth promotants are used to increase the size of meat chickens, however growth promotants are not used. So...that means that Chickylicious chicken is the same as chicken from any other source?

Well, no. While you can be assured that Australian chicken has NO hormones introduced, when you order from Chickylicious your chicken is processed specifically for your order. This is significantly different from buying displayed chicken. You are assured that your chicken is as fresh as possible, that processing took place as close to delivery as possible and that your order has been properly cared for and refrigerated from processing to you.

Guaranteed Fresh?

The reason that  orders close at 6.00am on the day before your delivery date, is so that we can ensure that processing occurs as close to your delivery time as practicable. Each morning, your orders are packed for delivery, processing having been completed on the prior evening. We don't deliver on Public Holidays or on the day following a Public Holiday so that you can be assured that processing of your order does not occur until as close to your delivery time as possible.

Do your products carry use-by-dates?

Yes, they do. Our fresh products generally carry a recommended use-by-date of seven days from processing, this means you need to keep them refrigerated and use them within this time - be sure to freeze them at your earliest opportunity should you wish to delay use.

Can I order in quantities smaller than indicated on your order forms?

Because Chickylicious doesn't carry out any handling or processing, the quantities ordered must match the quantities shown on our order forms. If you follow guidelines for freezing, thawing and cooking chicken, you can freeze part of your order for later use without any problem - and you then know the high quality of your chicken at the time of freezing.

I don't want to wait around all day for my delivery to arrive, can I specify a time for delivery?

At the time of your order, you can request an estimated delivery time. You will be given a one hour window (e.g. 10.30am to 11.30am) when your delivery will arrive.

OK, I was given an estimated delivery time and now my plans have changed - what can I do?

This happens to all of us from time to time, you can contact our delivery driver (0422 990752) and make arrangements to suit your changed circumstances.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes you can. Just give us a call 49342819 and we'll make the arrangements (your service fee will be waived).

I want to order, but I'll possibly be away when you deliver - what can I do?

When placing your order, give us instructions of where to put your order (e.g. in an esky, outside fridge or with a neighbour) we'll be happy to assist and we carry ice to leave with your order.

What does a Standing Order mean?

This is a regular order (any frequency) that stands unless you tell us to change it, which you may do at any time. The service fee is waived when you arrange a standing order. If you go on holidays or want to skip a delivery, just let us know, the service fee will still be waived when your standing order resumes.
